doubled traffic and reduced registration costs for the Bazaar platform in Thailand
Bazaar is a classifieds platform and marketplace in Thailand. Users buy and sell items, rent or lease housing and transport, find excursions, currency exchanges, and events.

  • audience: tourists and expats
  • promotion period: 1.5 months
  • goal: traffic

what we achieved

  • traffic from Instagram +250%
Increased clicks from 200 to 505 per month
  • registration cost -20%
Reduced user acquisition cost from $3.43 to $2.75
  • user activity +20%
Increased daily listings from 13 to 16
what we did

  • Built a community to stand out among big competitors (Facebook Marketplace, Telegram chats) by creating an emotional connection to the brand.
  • Boosted website visits with bonuses from platform partners.
  • Launched a “Declutter Month” special project, encouraging followers to sell unused items and join a contest to double their sale earnings.
  • Collaborated with local bloggers.
Turned Instagram into an active community and lead source for a curly hair studio in St. Petersburg
“Yes, Curls” is one of the first studios for curly-haired people in St. Petersburg. We helped build the brand, attract clients via Instagram, create an active community, and promote a healthy culture of natural curly hair care.

  • promotion period: 3 years
  • goal: steady flow of clients via Instagram

challenge

When curly hair expert Sonya decided to turn her craft into a full-fledged salon, she already had a few thousand followers and a strong expert position in a niche market. But to grow the business, she needed a brand, a strategy, and content that doesn’t just get likes but brings in clients.

what we did

  1. Built a brand from scratch — from the name and identity to the first website.
  2. Developed a promotion strategy and content plan.
  3. Managed Instagram for 3 years:
  • Mixed educational longreads with visually clear “before/after” posts.
  • Later added short videos as the format gained traction.
  1. Duplicated content to the website, which started indexing and driving extra traffic (organic SEO).
  2. Formed a community — curly-haired followers actively engaged, commented, and shared content.
results

  • +13,000 followers, over 50% from St. Petersburg and the region.
  • Engagement over 5% — despite long texts, the audience read, saved, and shared.
  • Content brought clients to the salon — “before/after” posts and (surprise, surprise) “open slots” stories were especially effective.
  • The salon grew to a team of stylists — demand now exceeds capacity, and you can’t book with the founder anymore.
  • Next step for the brand: launching their own haircare products.
Helped a new cosmetics brand enter the market and boost recognition
Holly Polly is a young cosmetics brand launched at the end of 2021. At the start, they only had a product and branding, and our task was to create a promotion strategy and build audience trust.

  • audience: women aged 18–34
  • promotion period: 3 months
  • goal: increase brand awareness

what we achieved

  • search queries grew from 0 to ~1,000 in the first 1.5 months
The number may seem modest, but the brand was unknown before SMM.
  • launched sales
The brand’s products appeared in major retailers, including Golden Apple, which isn’t possible without well-designed social media.

what we did

  • Organized shoots with models for high-quality visual content.
  • Added entertaining and educational content to the rubric (posts about hair types, care tips, quizzes, and polls).
  • Ran a cosmetics suitcase giveaway to draw attention to the brand.
  • Worked with bloggers to boost reach and trust.

Bloggers + quality content + targeting = a great combo for launching a new brand. In 3 months, we brought a new brand to the market and laid the foundation for further growth and sales in major retailers.
Helped launch a wine shop in Phuket and attract attendees to the first tasting
Wine&Whiskey is a wine shop in Phuket that also hosts tastings. We started promotion while the shop was still under construction, and the brand and marketing weren’t fully developed. Wine in Thailand is an expensive imported product, and locals aren’t interested. So, we focused on Russian- and English-speaking expats.

  • audience: tourists and expats in Phuket
  • promotion period: 3 months
  • goal: attract buyers and tasting attendees

what we achieved

  • Built a community around the brand and ensured recognition.
  • Attracted 11 people to the first $44 tasting within a month of promotion.

what we did

  • Helped refine the product: brand positioning, loyalty program, and marketing strategy.
  • Developed an SMM strategy and launched social media.
  • Ran promos in expat groups to spread the word about the shop and attract tasting attendees.
  • Invited food bloggers to tastings for barter reviews of the shop.
